Customers may choose optional Refund Protection powered by Protect Group at checkout for an additional 8.4% of the booking price, allowing eligible cancellations to receive a full refund under Protect Group’s terms.
If a tour is cancelled by Wild Tour Albania due to safety or operational reasons, customers will receive an alternative date or full refund.
All bookings made with Wild Tour Albania are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

transportation
boat seats
guides and logistics
in advance for each guest.
Customers have the option to make their booking refundable by purchasing Refund Protection at checkout.
Refund Protection is provided by Protect Group (independent third-party provider).
The cost is +8.4% of the booking price.
When selected, eligible cancellations may receive a full refund according to Protect Group’s terms and conditions.
Wild Tour Albania:
does not manage or approve refund claims under Refund Protection,
and is not responsible for decisions made by Protect Group.
All refund requests with protection must be submitted directly to Protect Group.
Without Refund Protection:
Date or service changes may be requested at least 24 hours before departure,
Changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed,
Price differences may apply.
If a tour is cancelled by Wild Tour Albania due to:
unsafe weather conditions
road or lake safety issues
government restrictions
operational reasons beyond our control
customers will receive:
an alternative date/service, or
a full refund.
Failure to arrive at the meeting point on time is considered a no-show and is non-refundable, unless Refund Protection was purchased and approved by Protect Group.
