Planning your trip to Koman Lake? We’ve got great news! The SH25 road has recently been fully asphalted, making the drive smooth and easy for any type of car—no 4×4 required anymore!

However, once you arrive near the lake, navigating the parking area and getting to your boat can get a little tricky. Here is everything you need to know to park safely and secure your shuttle to your boat.

🌉 What Happens After You Cross the Koman Bridge?

Once you cross the Koman Bridge, you will see a cluster of around 7 parking areas (3 public and 4 private). Because this area gets busy, it’s important to know where to go so you don’t fall for local parking traps.

1. Recommended Parking Options (Safe & Reliable)

  • Blini Parking (Highly Recommended): This is our top choice! When you park your car here, they provide a FREE shuttle directly to the boat launch area.

  • Panorama Parking: Another secure private option. They also offer a shuttle service to the boats, though please note they charge a small fee for the ride.

⚠️ Important Warnings: Avoid the Parking Scams

  • Public Parking Areas: The 3 public lots are free by law, but unauthorized people often try to charge tourists illegally for these spots.

  • The Tunnel Entrance Area (High Risk): There are about 15 parking spots right before entering the tunnel. Do NOT park here!

    • These spots belong strictly to local boat operators.

    • People standing there offering spaces do not own them and cannot guarantee your car’s safety.

    • You risk getting a police parking ticket, having your car towed, or leaving your vehicle unsecured.

How to Find Your Boat (FjordX, Wild Tour Albania, Blini Park)

If you arrive early enough, you can drive through the tunnel (or walk through if you parked outside).

Just past the tunnel, look for Alex Café. Right next to the café, we have a designated meeting spot marked clearly with our official names:

  • FjordX

  • Wild Tour Albania

  • Blini Park

If your booking is with any of these three names, this is your official drop-off and pickup spot!
