We understand that sometimes plans change, and that’s why we offer flexible exchange policies for your convenience. If you need to change the day of your trip, we’ve got you covered – and free of charge too! Simply let us know up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you’re looking to change the tour itself, please note that you’ll need to pay the difference in cost between the tours. Even if you’ve taken advantage of a sale, we’re still happy to accommodate your request for a change of day with the payment of the extra fee – including any discounts you may have had.
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, we’ve got you covered too. We believe in being fair and transparent about cancellation policies. If you cancel between 48 hours after booking and 14 days prior to your arrival, we’ll give you a full refund of your booking. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 50% refund of the total costs. Unfortunately, cancellations made after arrival cannot be refunded.
