General Information
By booking a tour or service with Wild Tour Albania, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, partners, or direct communication.
Bookings & Payments
All reservations must be confirmed with full payment unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed in Euro (€).
Financial transactions are securely processed by STRIPE, and all payment data is encrypted. Wild Tour Albania does not store or have access to full card details.
Refund Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
Customers may choose optional Refund Protection powered by Protect Group for an additional 8.4% of the booking price. Eligible cancellations may receive a full refund according to Protect Group’s terms.
If a tour is cancelled by Wild Tour Albania due to safety or operational reasons, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Changes & No-Show
Date or service changes may be requested at least 24 hours before departure and are subject to availability.
Failure to arrive on time at the meeting point is considered a no-show and is non-refundable unless Refund Protection was purchased and approved.
Use of Personal Data
Wild Tour Albania does not directly collect or store personal customer data beyond what is necessary to operate bookings.
Customer data may be processed in the following cases:
• Google services used for website analytics, advertising, and marketing.
• Bókun booking system, which manages reservations and has its own privacy policy.
We never sell or misuse personal information.
Payment Security
All financial information is handled exclusively by STRIPE using encrypted and secure payment technology. Wild Tour Albania cannot access sensitive payment credentials.
Responsibility & Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the booked activity and must follow all safety instructions provided by guides or drivers.
Wild Tour Albania is not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, personal negligence, weather conditions, or third-party service providers.
Itinerary Changes
For safety, weather, or operational reasons, Wild Tour Albania may adjust schedules, routes, transport, or service providers when necessary. Any significant change will include an alternative service or refund when applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Albania.
